issues senting a contract from contract tab

unable to send contract ie lead #ID: 1317958
tried to send numerous time .......pleaese help
also we have balances coming up red, unsure why
According to the log tab the contract was emailed on that lead. We did fix a bug very recently relating to the email sending so please try it again.
The Balance field in red was a new addition so you can easily see i there is a balance on the lead from the event tab.

thks, new question re payment options. under settings payment options I put surcharge for payment option when using credit card? however, we do not allow customer to pay online, is this option available if not paying online? and if so, how do I set that up on the lead/event?

It is only available when payments are made online from the Contract Page.
