Issue with placing order online from iPhone

Not a Problem

This is the 3rd customer to mention this to me in perhaps 6 months. I thought the other 2 were isolated. However, when she got the quote and clicked "book this event now", it takes her back to the page where she'd choose her items and shows her that the cart is empty? I tried from my android and it works fine.


Please note, this order is restricted from booking as we're within 3 days of the event, so perhaps that's the only time this error occurs? she said there definitely is no "alert message" at the top telling her it must be phoned in.

I just tested that quote with my iPhone and it just refreshes the same page with a message at the top saying someone will contact them. See attached.
