Is there a way to reorder items, so that they show up in the order you want....

I wanted to know if there is a way to reorder items that are booked so they show up in a different order on the contract.

You can re-order them on how they show up on the Quote page and in Categories, but when it comes to the order of the selected items as they appear on a lead and on the contract there isn't an easy way to do this.
You can customize the contract for a lead if you really need to re-order the items, but this is a rather poor way to achieve this.
