Is it possible to modify the survey thank you page?

Is there a way to edit the page that gets displayed after a survey has been filled out? I wanted to add some content and display a few buttons/links but didn't see an obvious way to do so.

It is not possible yet. You could possibly add a new question to the end of survey that would have the content you want. Just choose a Question Type of Display Content. Make sure you click save order to save the new order of your survey questions. Thanks.
