iPhone not allowing to submit quote
Answered
I've been testing our mobile website, and have come up with a bug of some sort.
The Android phones i've tried don't have this problem, and it's only happening with iPhones (tested on 4, 5 and 5S)
After entering all the event info, as soon as we touch the "Get a Quote" button, it reverts back to Surface, where we've already selected the options.
I've had a couple customers call and say the booking page wasn't working, but they didn't say any other details...and I'm thinking this might be the problem.
Thanks!
Sorry for the delay but I wanted to test on all models before I replied: We've tested this on several iPhone models and have been unable to have a quote fail. I think the issue just might be the drop down interface for the iPhone itself being slightly confusing. ie: If the user taps out of the drop down instead of hitting "done" it doesn't select anything. This is something that the phone takes control of and we won't be able to address in our software. It's possible that there are operating system differences on these devices that we were unable to replicate though.
