Ipad issue

I have had 3 customers in the last two weeks reporting that the Event contract link not working on their Ipads. They click on the link and get a "page cannot load" message.

I'm not having any issues when I test.


Was it a link from their email or were they auto-booking? Do you have a lead id?

The issue was from the link in the email, it would not load the contract from the Ipad but desktop and smart phone worked ok. This usually happens after they have signed the contract and are trying to access the page before their event to make the final payment. The most recent complaint: lead #1170848

I tested the email link and contract page in safari on ipad2 without any issues. Perhaps it was just a temporary issue of some kind. Let me know if it continues.

Having another issue, this time with Iphone (most of these problems are with Apple products). See attached prinout.

We've never been able to reproduce any of these issues. Does it happen every time for you or just occasionally? Are you able to try it on another iphone?


It sort of looks like the page didn't load completely. This could be due to memory issues with the device, a bad internet connection, or an issue with the browser. If it's your phone, try clearing the browser cache and restarting the phone.

Perhaps the issue is with certain models or versions of the os? These are issues the customers are encountering, Ive tried with the Apple products I have available to me but I have not been able to recreate these either...
