IO Phone

Setting up IO test but a number I have not entered to track from a team member (Bobby Yancey, 434-981-1883) made a call to a customer and it appeared on my call log as a missed call. The call was made from a number I have not entered into IO call log, but does appear under the worker's name. When I called the missed call, thinking it was a customer, it turned out it was my worker's call to a customer he was delivering to. This raises the question if all calls made from team members numbers are going to appear in the system. If I call one of them, is my call going to be charged for both the outgoing and the incoming line for the same call?

In the meantime, I am trying to check to be sure that the number I have entered for Bridget Yancey is actually tracking in IO voice. I am double checking on her cell number to be sure that it is working.

The call from Bobby to the customer would only have been recorded if they dialed out through the dialer in IO or if the IO phone number is called. Any call that is not dialed through the IO dialer won't be recorded in the call log. Was Bobby able to make the call to the customer and talk to them or did the call not go through?

#1 This call should not have been recorded but I'm unable to replicate this bug so I will have the team keep an eye on the phone logs for calls that shouldn't be there.

#2 Any calls that are dialed to your phones directly and not the IO number won't be recorded.

#3 When you click on a customers name from the call log it pulls up the oldest lead that includes the phone number of the caller.
