IO Phone not ringing and going straight to missed call
Solved
I have had two clients in a row call me and my phone flashes a missed call and that is it.
I tried calling the phone myself and ended up straight to voicemail too.
The same problem
Looking at your IO Phone settings (Settings->IO Phone), your voicemail box "Brett Beatty" has a delay of 0 seconds, meaning it will go straight to voicemail after an incoming call comes in. This value should be increased to something like 30 seconds. That way, you will have time to answer the call before it goes to voicemail.
