IO is not sending emails

We click to send and clock is working but emails not sent. When this happened in one office, we tried sending from another location and had the same result. Customers have called this morning to say that they didn't think their quote requests were going out to us, but they did appear in our lead page. Is this a problem with IO? If it were a problem with one of our computers, it shouldnt be happeneing in different locations.

Sorry Tom, I'm having trouble following this message. Is it your alert emails for new quote that you are not receiving? It looks like your email server is sending emails just fine, but I might be testing the wrong thing.

mine is not sending any emails out either, can you look into this further...
