IO App not showing some items

when looking at an order on the app it doesnt show all the items on the order.

it shows the main items but then the accessory items are not showing

Example

Cocktail table is showing but the table covers are not showing

I am having the same problem. Sometimes the items show up and sometimes they don’t. Example that caused trouble this morning my driver didn’t pull a generator out for a customer because it wasn’t showing on the app. Lead 5268145. He also didn’t know it was a water slide.

While looking into this....we noticed these items were showing up as accessories--and they do not show up on the app. Only the rentals themselves. Let us know if you need switching these accessories to rentals

This situation (5268145) is a little different because the items are listed as accessories--but not attached to an actual rental item (see screenshot) . This sometimes happens if inventory changes have been made since the lead was created--the system still shows the accessories but you would want to update and link to the correct rental item.

This was done originally to save space. If you click on the lead to edit it will show accessories as well. This is being looked at to possibly have everything listed when you click on the lead.

I hear what you are saying but if you look at lead #5083539 we have the sno cones flavors built as accessories to our sno cones machine. They show up on the app as well as the website. And lead #3886019 has generator and water slide as accessories and those also show up on the app and the website, so this says it’s an intermittent issue.
