Need Answer
We sometimes load events a day or two prior to the event day. How do we show that the inventory items are not able to be rented for those days?
Same issue, how do we account for unloading and cleaning of items before the inventory items are back in the system and able to be rented again?

You can manipulate days prior to an event by showing a long "Delivery Window" before the event. That will hold the inventory before the event....you can do the same for afterwards with a longer return window..we also have maintenance for rentals. You can also put specific rentals into maintenance if they will take longer time for cleaning.
