Intergration from IO to QB Desktop
Not a Problem
The intergration from IO to QB invoice displays item and quantity but does not display a description.
For example: In this particular case.
Although I have Modular w/Basketball Hoop listed on my Item list in QB the intergration added a new item as Modular Non-Inventory. How do I correct it?

We don't put descriptions into QB because we support HTML in descriptions but QB doesn't. Regarding the item names, we put them in based on their names in IO. You cannot change the name we send to QB unless you change the item name in IO. If you merge or delete the item we create, we will create it again the next time a lead with it is synced. We have no way to map IO names to already created names in QB.
