Integration of "old" clients into IO

I am wondering if there is a way to integrate our client base prior to using IO, from QB into IO? Other than manually typing them in?
Also, Can you look at client Des Moines Art Center, the 7/2/15 event. It is showing a conflict with the times overlapping and I don't know how to fix it.

Yes we can import your customers from QB, just email us the list.
Filter your leads by putting the date on the left as 7/2 and you'll see you have two leads for the same event. Just delete one of them.
