Insert Field for Host/Worker Survey

I have somehow messed up the tag for the host post-event survey. Can you provide the field value as I do not see it in the selection list?
Is there a complete list of the insert-able fields and their content stored somewhere? I do most everything in html, and it would be beneficial to know exactly what the field inserts are actually bringing in so I can code my message with that knowledge.
