I'm referring to when I type in an item to quick add and it isn't in the system. When inserting an inactive item(mostly we use this for certain fees), is it a way to make all inactive items non taxable?

We don't have a way to do that yet, but we are moving toward it this year. The only way to do it now is to add the item and then go to the item's price and change it to not be taxed.
