IMAP integration with godaddy

I set up the IMAP settings yesterday but I haven't been able to see any emails in the customer's CRM tabs yet. These are the email server settings of my godaddy email account - incoming server: imap.secureserver.net; standard ports: 143, 993 (SSL).
I don't know if I'm missing anything else. Thank you.
I verified that it is working properly for your account. It only brings in emails starting from when you set it up, not the entire history.
