Can I get some help adding to our quote page form the "referral" and the "coupon" dropdown sections. I just realized they were missing. Thanks for your help

The referral field is something we already had in the template but we hide by default, so I unhid it. The coupon code field was also there but it was at the bottom of the page under the rentals, so I moved it to the top.
