It wants you to revoke and regrant Gmail permission...This is most likely due to a recent Gmail update. Go to Settings-->Email Settings. When you press edit click on Revoke Gmail Permission. Then, press Grant Gmail Permission and it will have you log in again to Gmail and this should fix the issue.
