How to mark worker as shift accepted without sending out an email
Answered
Is there a way to mark a worked as accepted on an lead when doing the schedule without having to send them an email to them.
Example. I entered a party today for an event that they are going to do on the way back from another. They are on the road now and we just did the paperwork but cant find a way to mark them as accepted on the schedule tab on the lead.
Unfortunately, we do not have a way to do this at this time. I haven't tested it, but you could send the email, then open the email in the log tab of the lead and accept it there yourself.

I have tested and you can infact send and email to your staff and go into log and click on the little icon on the left of the date and open the email you sent and click on the accept link and it will mark the staff as accepted.
Make sure once you do the manual accept you refresh the lead to see the updated information. Without the refresh the staff will not show as accepted.
