How do I switch my workers status from active to inactive like we do with inventory items?
I dont want workers who no longer work here show up in the choices to pick from when staffing events.

It would make sense for us to change the wording to be consistent here, but each worker has an "Approved: Yes/No" toggle in their profile. This will make it so they can no longer be scheduled and they can no longer sign in.
Warning: You probably don't want to Delete a worker. It will delete all their shift history too.

right thats what i was worried about .. i didnt want to loose the history of the worker.
but when i read the approved section online it said approved allowed them access to the workers site, that is where i got confused
