How to delete or modify the promotional offer from the quote page

Im trying to modify or delete the promotinal offer section from our quote page. As right know, the items showing in this section are not consider a offer since is showing regular price. Thank You in advance for you assistance.

These are the packages in Settings->Promotions & Fees. You can delete them or change their type to remove them from the quote page. Alternatively, if you want to keep them as they are in Promotions & Fees, we can hide them on the quote page for you.

Sorry. I misunderstood the page you were on. I've removed it for you. It's done by modifying the Quote Confirm template.
