How to avoid sending reminder emails to contracted leads - ID: 2757462 I

Hello,

Customer start the auto booking process however never made a deposit. But the system send them a event reminder email. How can we prevent any automated emails to non confirmed leads.

Currently we only hold units if a customer make a deposit, which is making the lead confirmed.

You would edit your Contract status and uncheck "Prevent Automatic Emails for any Lead with this Status." It looks like you may have already done this since your question. I did notice that you had it turned off for your Confirmed status too. You may not want it turned off for that status.
