How does pickup window hours effect business hours?

I got a quote request for a party on a satruday and they wanted me to pick up the next day which is fine with me and they put 6am. Since my business hours were closed at 6am the booking was denied.
whats the differce between business horus and delivery/pickup window hours?
Should they be the same? Does one overide the other?
