How do we prevent emails from going to a customer?

I have some repeat customers that order 20+ times/year. Can I exclude them from getting their annual reminder without going into every single previous order and disabling it? Essentially, we'd like to disable emails on the customer level, not the lead level.

That's a good idea. I'll put that in our feature request. The only way to do it now is to turn it off on the lead. You could also unsubscribe them from that email type. There should be a link in their email to do that.
