How do I pull a report, or find a total, for just my pick-up (delivery type) bookings for the year 2014?

Need to know my income totals for only my pick-up rentals for 2014. Two of us have tried tons of options for almost two hours now and cannot get anything close to an accurate report.
We find the reports extremely difficult to use. Never get what we are looking for. Frustrated.
"lead $ Paid" is the total amount paid on that lead. "Payment Amount" would be the amount of EACH payment on the lead, so it could easily have multiple payments for one lead, causing duplicates of other amounts such as "lead $ Total."
Note: I didn't filter by status because theoretically you could have had payments on leads in any status, and you specifically asked for "income" so I'm assuming you mean payments you actually received, not invoice totals. Many of these data rows will have $0 because nobody made a payment on a lead that's in "Quote" status.
