How do I get a printable inventory list?
Answered
I want to print a list of all my inventory with rental prices. The list should include the item, description, amount and price.
You can create a custom Lead Report to do this, but it will only include rentals that have been part of an event before.
Go to Leads and click on Reports... at the bottom-left. Drag the columns 'Rental Name' and 'Rental Price' to the left side, and set the Group By and Sort by to 'Rental Name', then click View

I forgot to mention that the Rental Price gets summed when you set the Group By. What this means is that it won't show the price per rental, but instead will show that items total amount for all events.
Include the column Count Grouped Items in the report and divide the Price by the Count to get the individual price (avg) of all the rentals.

Thanks for your quick response, but I really need a print out of all our inventory in one list. Seems like there should be a simple solution to export it after all the work to input it.

Unfortunately, it is not simple and we do not have a way to do this. If you want to check the prices the easiest way to do this is to create a new lead then look at the list of items.
