How do I edit the "accordion" code to have a black background?

I've had found it troubling to simply edit the background color of my Quote Request page to be black. It shows up with a black background while I'm editing it; but then reverts as soon as I load the actual page. It's black for a split second, and then transforms back into a white background. I've had to edit the code manually by adding background styles to each div class, and now I have a completely black background save for the "accordion" which shows the rentable products. This should not be this hard.

Where can I edit this because it is not being called inside the Quote Request page code and I can find no reference to it in the code of any other editable page.

I can see if we can have code written so that there's a black ground behind the rental items as well....Let me find out and I will let you know.

Ok, our developers said there is much more involved to make this change than we think. There will be a fee of $95 to $100/hr for a change like this. Are you just planning on linking your quote page? Will you want your quote confirm and contract page black as well?

I've got the quote page sitting in an iframe, and it would be the confirm and contract pages as well. But 95 to 100 bucks an hour? To change a background? I assume I'd be charged a whole hour for 20 minutes worth of work. That's absurd. I'll just use another service.
