The default one is the first one in the list under Settings->Payment Types. So you'd have to delete all the ones above it and then re-add them to the bottom....or we can change it for you.

Ok what I wanted to do was have it default to blank, that would force our staff to choose the correct payment type instead of using the default..
I was thinking a blank payment type or maybe a ??? (question mark) something that would force them to enter the correct type and also with something other than a default payment type we use, when we run a report any that have a blank, question mark etc we would know we need to find the correct payment type and make the correction.
