How can we look at an inventory item and see which events it has been sent to?

This applies to regular items as well, but more specifically I'm looking at some quick-add items (inactive) and want to see how many have been quoted and how many have actually been rented out.

Sometimes our staff might not know how to enter something and enter it as a quick-add item which makes it inactive by default. Well...I need to find what orders/quotes those belong to to begin compiling my report.

Is there a way to do this from the inventory settings screen?

Unfortunately this is one of the shortcomings of entering an item as a "Quick Add" item rather than using it as a piece of inventory. We don't have any intentions on changing this because it encourages improper use of the software and abuse of our free accounts that we offer. As a solution to your current problem, I would recommend running a report of all your completed leads (making sure to include "Rentals Name" "Rentals Qty" and "Lead ID" as well as other details that will help you pull the info you want). Then export the information to manipulate the data in a spreadsheet program.
