Hotmail accounts

I have mow had 3 customers with hotmail.co.uk accounts telling me they have not recieved the quote forms.... is this due to the .co.uk settings..?

That should not be affecting it, but let me gather some more information to try to diagnose the issue:


Can you please explain a bit further what exactly you meant by "have not received the quote forms?"

Do you mean, they can not get to the page to fill out the customer Quote Request form? Or, do you mean that you've sent them a Quote Confirmation email, and they are saying they have not received it?

I would assume you meant the latter. If so, how are you being informed they are not receiving it? Are you receiving a "message unable to deliver" notification, or is the customer just telling you they have not received it?

Also, if you provide us with specific examples in your IO account to look at, we can look further into your account. There is a "Lead ID" at the bottom of every lead in smaller text (this matches the "Order number" on their contract if they have a contract made).

most of my customers with hotmail accounts either find our robotic type messages - leads, contracts, reminders and surveys- in junk or spam and some say that they never see them ever in any inbox, junk or spam. It is a regular thing for us to assume hotamil accounts wont see emails unless we prompt...bit of a nuisance. would love help of it is something we can do
