Most of our hotmail emails are getting spammed, its been this way for awhile. Is this a known issue?

It looks like you are using godaddy for your email server? You can setup email sent from IO to be sent from your godaddy server instead of ours under settings->general

Its most of the auto-emails. Hotmail email banner says the email "failed fraud detection checks". Microsoft states that it may be a missing SPF record?

As an alternative you can add our IPs to your mail SPF records, but this isn't easy to do.

can you send over the necessary info and I can try to have a pro add them in?

I did set it up, but have not switched it over. I was planning on testing later tonight to see if they have better success through godaddy...

FYI for godaddy the SMTP server is typically smtpout.secureserver.net with a port of 3535

you can use our domain inflatableoffice.com or our ips.
