Hey guys, I had a customer black listed .

I had a difficult customer blacklisted to prevent future bookings and the system let him sign a contract and auto book??? What am I supposed to do now??

Ugh. David I'm sorry! I've been looking over it and I think what it looks like happened was the system generated a new customer profile for him when he created the quote and didn't detect that he was blacklisted on his other profiles. I'll work on getting this fixed so it will work better for this type of situation.

I see he added his middle initial this time but his address and email and some other things should have caught it. I emailed him and said I'm totally booked and blacked out the date, but hope that doesn't cause me to miss other bookings. This was my very worst customer in 10 yrs. Let me know if you have any better ideas. Thanks

I'll let you know as soon as we have the issue fixed so you can change that setting. We'll check similar profiles for email, name or phone number matches.

FYI - We've released a patch for this just now, so if it detects better based on name, phone, or email matches to other blacklisted profiles.
