Help explaining how I overbooked an item?

I have a quote I am working on that says an item is overbooked. ID: 2180695
There are 5 cocktail tables on the quote and it says I'm overbooked by 14. How did I overbook the tables? I am pretty sure I have it set up to not allow this.

Yellow conflicts like this are what we call "soft conflicts" They're indicating that you have tight turn around times on events, but you can probably still pull it off because the events, plus there setup duration, plus travel time ect don't offically overlap. In this case, you'll be taking equipment from one site to another to avoid a conflict in the same day.
