Gui access without seeing profits

I added the tawk chat feature on my website. I am considering having someone do live chats for me when I am busy. This would require them to maybe have access to the backend system. Is there a way to give them backend without having access to my financial numbers and everything else.

You need the workers module, which your one account has. That enables you to create worker logins and assign permissions. Go to a worker and choose the permission tab. You will be able to see what you can open up and exclude. I'm not exactly sure based on your question what you want to give them access to, but you can exclude them from the overview page which shows your sales.
