For the last few days, there's been a lot of "Please Wait" hang-ups and site seems slow?

Not a Problem

Tried on a few different computers, different users even...just seems slow. Can't pinpoint when it started, but it was sometime this week. Already cleared cache and cookies. Any ideas?

Thanks

Do you have an example lead or behavior that seems to be consistently causing it?

We have not had any other complaints, and when I check your account it works fine for me.

I cant seem to nail it down, but it's only this url. Even when, just now, I clicked "help", it took about 15 seconds for the knowledge base page to load. In the meantime, I switched tabs and did a few google searches which were just as zippy as usual. Tested connection speeds and got 62 down/5.9 up....I'm at a loss. I'll try to isolate whatever it is though.

This is using firefox 47.01. Before submitting this, I tried loading leads page on Chrome and it's already been 25 seconds and nothing has loaded yet. Eventually, I got the error shown in the attached. I hopped back on firefox and ran a speedtest, and the results are attached.

Seems like I'm just lucky, but idk what to do to fix it!

My recommendations would be to clear your browser cache, as well as shut down and restart Chrome. After clearing your browser cache, the first few times you load a page it may be a bit slower and then you should see speed improve over some time. Give that a shot, and let us know if you're still having issue later today.

Still more of the same. I just had time warner out to check everything and they can't find anything wrong, intermittant or not, with the connection or modem. Tried a few devices with similar results.

I did however notice today a few times when it hangs up on "Please wait" that I get a little message popping up near the bottom of the screen where it shows "Connecting to www.inflatable....". that says "void(0)" or something very similar to that, might have the punctuation wrong. Not sure if that helps you at all. On that note, I did ensure that java is updated to the most recent version the other day.

Despite their similar name, Java and JavaScript are 2 different languages, but thanks for the information. We'll investigate some more.
