Filter function for the report builder

Many report builders have the ability to do 3 main things: Sort, Group and Filter. The report builder in IO allows for the first two, but there's no option to filter. Adding a filter option would drastically improve the functionality of the report builder. It would allow users to not have to export to excel and then perform a manual filter. And it would allow the user to save the filter settings specific to the report they are creating. Filtering allows users to really leverage the information in the database. If I had the ability to filter like a typical database, I'd have 7 or 8 saved reports ready to run on a regular basis.

Using the filters on the left side of the Leads page will filter the results of the report and you can save them for future use.

I agree about the filters on the left side of the leads page. Using the date filters and status filters, as well as the preset filters, there are a dozen or so good options for filtering already. Adding the ability to perform custom filters would enable the user to filter in countless ways based on their needs at the time.


As a short term improvement, the ability to perform custom filters, even if we couldn't save those filters, would still be a huge improvement.
