Can you override a %fee within the quote? Every time we take if out it comes back.

Fees and Specials are designed to be applied when the conditions you set are met. You can take them out, but if you recalculate, they will return. Make sure when you clear them, you put a zero in. Whenever you clear a field, we automatically recalculate that field. If you put a zero (or any other number) in, we assume you don't want us to recalculate that field unless you check the recalculate check box first.
