Customer auto books a two day event with the start and end times a day apart. Because we have adjusted extended rental periods with times adjusting the rate over varios time periods, the calculations came out fine for the attraction rented, however, the customer was asking for the supervision so the times for staffing were inflated. I reduced them accordingly when I reviewed it but am I missing a way to start and stop the event times on the quote so that the staffing douesn't charge from the first day start to the second day end? You handled this correctly. At the moment we don't have a way to handle staffing charges that start and stop automatically. Perhaps when the customer chooses a fully staffed event we could then give them some options to enter times for each day. I'll look into it.
