Event time automatically adjusting to 4hr duration

When the customer tries to get a quote for a specific time period, it automatically adjust to a 4hr duration despite trying to make it shorter. Is there a hidden setting? Also, is there a way to have

It default to 2.5hr event time once a start time is selected (but can be manually adjusted Bu customer if longer period is desired).

Thanks

I see you have a couple of our WordPress templates that are unlaunched sites. Are you generating the quotes via one or both of these websites, and their shopping carts or are you going straight through the Quote Request Form?

I was trying with the quote request form. It automatically adjusts the time without any user input to a 4 hour event duration.

Yes, I accidentally deleted the WP template when messing around with the software and then somehow added 2 WP templates back to the software.

I am still learning the software, but it appears to have some software coding or glitch that adjusts the time to 4 hour increments. I adjusted the page template to just take the event end time off the template and manually enter it into the software after quote received as a workaround. But this is counterintuitive.

The template itself should have the start and end times in it. It was actually a fluke it was even working without the end time box. I've added it back in since this would likely not work if we updated anything related to this on our end, and may not work in all scenarios now. But we've also added a default duration of 2 hours for your form.

Thanks for tour help.

Is it possible to just let the user decide start and stop times (do not worry about about adding any default time period or duration).

Currently when using the quote form, it adds the 2 hours to the start time, but if the user tries to change the end time to a longer period, the form will automatically default back to 2 hour period.

Is there a setting that I am overlooking or is this something the software is programmed to do by itself.
