Event time automatically adjusting to 4hr duration
Answered
When the customer tries to get a quote for a specific time period, it automatically adjust to a 4hr duration despite trying to make it shorter. Is there a hidden setting? Also, is there a way to have
It default to 2.5hr event time once a start time is selected (but can be manually adjusted Bu customer if longer period is desired).
Thanks
I see you have a couple of our WordPress templates that are unlaunched sites. Are you generating the quotes via one or both of these websites, and their shopping carts or are you going straight through the Quote Request Form?

Thanks for tour help.
Is it possible to just let the user decide start and stop times (do not worry about about adding any default time period or duration).
Currently when using the quote form, it adds the 2 hours to the start time, but if the user tries to change the end time to a longer period, the form will automatically default back to 2 hour period.
Is there a setting that I am overlooking or is this something the software is programmed to do by itself.
