Event reminder emails based on delivery type

Is there a way to utilize specific event reminder emails based on delivery type? For example, I’d like to be able to send out automatic event reminder emails saying the delivery driver will be arriving on date between 9am-12pm for delivery events only. And for customer pickup orders I would like auto emails to be sent telling them when to pick up their equopment and such.
Can this be done?

Yes. You just have to create a filter on the leads page and apply it to the email. You can do a "save copy" of the "Customer - Event Reminder" email to have more than 1 version of it.
