Event Contract Links in Worker Scheduled Shift emails do not update...

Solved

I sent over 2 examples by email in the last 6 days and havent heard back. If I send our "Youve been scheduled for a shift" email to our workers, there's an EVENT CONTRACT variable link in the email so they can print it. However, if we update the contract it still takes them to the inactive contract. This caused 2 huge deboccles this weekend. Can you let me know if I'm doing something wrong?

Sorry, I discovered your emails got spam filtered.

For %contracturl% and %contract_url%:

When sending an email the above variables get replaced with a direct link to that contract. So if you update the contract you either need to re-send the email so it has an updated link OR you have to delete the old contract.

We've added a new variable to solve your issue.

Use %contract_current_url% or %contract_current_link% and it will always point to the contract marked as 'active' on that lead.
