Error in calculating totals

Hi

On order 2495741, the delivery and setup fees are crossed out making a credit to the order which shouldnt be there...

I set them back to the original values. The total is still different than original because you added equipment for $800 + tax. Did you check the recalculate button when saving or updating? I haven't found the cause of the issue yet. Thanks.

The only way I can get it to fail is to check the recalculate box. This is normal behavior though in that case because your delivery method is set to not calculate staff or delivery charges. A recalculate causes the values to be recalculated according to your settings, which is why they are set to zero. Our update now shows their original amount so you can fix any accidents. If you arrived at this issue in a way other than checking recalculate or clearing those values, then we have a bug. I tried to call but didn't get an answer. I'm going to close this issue until I get more information from you. Thanks.
