I have enjoyed the service I have received over the last couple of years but we recently have expanded and feel your service does not offer what we need at this time. I is with sadness I will be canceling my service in the near future. Can you please tell me the process for ending my subscription? Will I have access to my information and for how long? Would I have to download everything or is accessible? I would like to be able to see such thing as past orders and such. Any information would be much appreciated.

I am sad as well I've had nothing but great service. I need to be able to store credit cards for charges of broken china which happens often. I need to be able to just type in what we are looking to rent since our inventory is so massive. I need it to link to Quickbooks Online so I'm not doing double entry. Those are a couple of features I would need.
But to answer my previous question could you tell me how I go about saving previous orders if at all possible? We have a lot of return renters that want us to be able to pull up what they have rented in the past.

1. Storing of credit cards is already a feature we offer, but you must use Authorize.net for credit card payments and their CIM feature. See here for details. Call us if you need more assistance. We have lots of customers who do this.
2. We just added this with our release today
3. QB Online is coming this year and likely to be the next feature we add.
Regarding cancelling, you can export your customers by going to Customers section and clicking Export on the bottom left. For Events, you'll need to go to Leads and create a custom report and choose what columns you'd like to include and export to a CSV file. You'll need to call or email when you are done accessing your data and we will remove your payment method.
Again, please let us know how we aren't meeting your needs prior to cancelling so that we can have a chance to address them for you.
