What is going on? I am lacking confidence in automated emails going out correctly;
look at this delay that just happened:

IO response went out 5 minutes later then an unsubscribed response?

I thought the goal here was to get the email to go out immediately? It's going out as soon as the next email cycle runs. On a side note: I've removed a bunch of scripts from this template that appear to be getting inserted in your email template by your Norton antivirus.
