Solved

the emails I am sending from IO are not going through. I just tested again for order 1482898. You can see the log shows email but I did not receive and it is not in my spam.

It seems that the recipients' email server doesn't like the fact that the email address in the return address (your email address), doesn't match our server that is sending the email, and it's getting marked as spam. Here is a link to a document on how you can send it via your server instead.
