Emailing Contract to Clients

I have a client we have done business with for a long time, its a bank and we work with many of their branches.
I sent her a contract today and she didnt get it but got my emails from me to her outside of IO
We are using the non custom server.. can you see why it kicked back in your logs so i can figure out where we or they need to make a change?

I looked into it and the message never bounced back to us. The email server log only shows that it was accepted for delivery. We do route our manually sent emails such as a contract through a 3rd party mail system smtp.com so it's possible it was blocked due to that.
I'll look into this some more to see if there is anything else we can do to improve this

I've changed the way emails sent from the gregharkins address send to see if that helps. let me know if things seem to improve for you

Does each person's email send from the logged in io user or does it come from a main account.
Ours was set up to come from your server I thought

The From address is based on what you have set under General settings->Email Reply Address: Company Email
Currently all email is routed through whatever you have set on there as well which you have set to our server. We made a change last fall to route all manual sent email through a 3rd party to help with delivery rates. It helped with yahoo and hotmail destinations but possibly hurt other destinations. We're constantly working on ways to improve deliverability
