Email not sent to whole segment

Not a Problem

I set up a new Lead Segment and set up a newsletter to send to the segment. I did this for three different segments based on location. One of the emails appears to have been sent appropriately. The other two only show 8 sends, when each segment has hundreds of leads. Please advise.

When you are in settings->Email Center, and you create a newsletter to send, it's only going to go to leads in the location that you have selected in the left hand side of the settings page in the location drop down. So your filter here is redundant/unnecessary. The reason you have 8 or so of those leads showing as sent is because those customers also happen to have leads in the other location.


You shouldn't be creating several newsletters inside one location and filtering them different segments, you should just create the newsletter in each location's email center by changing the dropdown on the left hand side of the settings.
