Email integration

I have been trying to get the email integration working for Kenzie for a month or two. Now it appears that it isn't working for any of us at all. Any ideas?

It looks like the IO isn't taking the email settings you have entered in. Here is a video that walks through setting up the email integration, and here is an article that might help also.
