We do not have gmail emails but would still like to integrate our emails to the server so our sales team can email clients from their email instead of the company account email.

You don't have to have gmail in order for the reply address to be the Logged in User's email address. If you go to Settings->Email Settings, you can set "Email Reply Address: " to be the "logged in user."
