Email Error 220

We are getting a 220 Error on our email today. 220 is an error that states "SMTP Service ready." It's not an error.

We've restarted our Exim mail server and it's running fine.

Why are we all of a sudden getting this non-error acting like an error?

We recently upgraded some software on our server. I have fixed the issue. Sorry about that!

We are having email issues as well with SMTP error. Everything worked fine last week.

In the general settings after clicking TEST LOGIN we are getting this:

Email not sent: Check your SMTP settings under Settings->General

Error: authentication failure [SMTP: STARTTLS failed (code: 220, response: TLS go ahead)]

Jems, are you trying to use your email through IO? If so, you will want to make sure you are integrated. Here is some info on setting that up: https://youtu.be/kfTuxYH4byQ
